- Pets are not allowed in common areas, including the lobby, swimming pool, fitness center, and any other shared facilities unless explicitly permitted.
- All pets must be properly supervised when outside, and they must be kept on a leash or in an appropriate carrier when in common areas.
3. Pet Fees:
- A non-refundable pet fee will be applied to your reservation if you plan to bring pets. This fee helps cover additional cleaning and maintenance costs associated with pet-friendly units.

4. Damages and Cleaning:
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets during their stay.
- An additional cleaning fee may be charged if excessive pet hair or other pet-related messes are left behind in the unit.
5. Reporting Pet Incidents:
- In the event of any pet-related incidents or issues, please notify on-site management and/or New Smyrna Stays immediately.
6. Right to Deny Entry:
- New Smyrna Stays reserves the right to deny entry or request the removal of any pet that is deemed a threat to the safety, well-being, or comfort of our guests or staff.
7. Liability:
- Guests are responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their pets while staying at New Smyrna Stays.
- Guests are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance covering their pets.
